Monthly Assessment Payments
Payments are mailed directly to the bank in the envelope provided with the monthly statement. Assessment payments may also be made through an automated debit system. Please contact Management for a copy of the necessary form.

Assessment Collection Policy
The Board of Directors is obligated by the governing documents to collect
delinquent assessments. If a member gets into financial difficulty, the
board of Directors will consider repayment programs. Here is a complete statement of
